I dont understand how people do complex things such as solo RDM with a controller. From what I saw when I played with one (I dont own a PS2 -> USB controller, was playing at a friends house) you had to hold down a shoulder button to bring up the macro pallet akin to holding alt or ctrl and then navigate using the arrow buttons to the right macro. That's got to take a lot more time than simply ALT+#

I use a 360 controller for my FFXI config and I don't have to hold down the bumpers. Click once and it stays up
