We use a UPS store mailbox for FFXI and other high value deliveries. We had two separate orders a few days apart, 'cos I was slow about setting up my SE password. Ours arrived in reasonable times.

That would be true if they were using Fedex or UPS. I think non-USPS services are prohibited by law from delivering to PO boxes, but whatever, they don't.

If their delivery service is not able to deliver to PO boxes, then that should have been on the order form. I don't remember seeing that.

There is always the possibility that you switched a couple of numbers on the zip code, and that can cause all sorts of comic effects. Wait until a dotty parent in Europe uses your phone number as a zip.

Tried contacting SE again about my no-show token, they demanded stupid amounts of info just to tell me if it had actually been sent or not (cause they damn well charged me for it 2 months ago).

I don't have my original key things from 6 years ago anymore I'm afraid, so I'm shit out of luck.

SE just make it impossible to be able to answer my question so they can pretend like its MY fault my token never arrived and their dumb company gets away with my money and no responsibility to anything.

This is retarded, me and my husband both ordered ours beginning of April, both orders were charged to his Credit Card promptly. He got his token in about two weeks, I've still not gotten mine. Three weeks ago I contacted SE via webchat and they said they'd investigate and get back to me via email. Still nothing. Time to get on webchat again methinks. -_-

I got the same thing; girlfriend and I order within 3 days of each other, hers took 2 weeks to be delivered in UK and mine after 50+ still not here (In Finland if it matters). I used the webchat thingy to ask what was going on, first answer was "delivery time for Europe is closer to 3-4 weeks", which doesn't explain why girl got it in two. They asked for my order number, checked it had been sent 24/04 and said it should've arrived last week. The guy told me they'd investigate for approx. 5 days and if nothing is found they'll declare it lost dispatch me another one.

That should be happening this week, however! Just noticed on sunday the POL announcement when logging in apologizing for being out of stock. They're ordering more but it may take a while, so hi2u token in August or something crap long. yaySE

Received mine yesterday, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Not sure if there's any way to check my exact order date, but I think that I ordered a little less than two weeks ago.

Same story as many others though, my fiancee hasn't received hers yet, even though she ordered it from right beside me about 5 minutes later, being shipped to the same address.

i emailed and told them to check their inventory

both times i got no packages in warehouse, and then today, the representative emailed me and said the package has "arrived" and told me to check the site

and there are 2 packages now

IF i happen to get them before you guys have an update, i will check where it come from and the actual date of arrival......

vpost better not be the one that made us wait....

i just email them and tell them about it (1 time to [email protected], and 1 time to [email protected])

they said they send people to check 2 times but no avil...so i dunno if they bullshitted or not.....but i got the confirmation today, and the site indeed updated with the packages

you guys can try to nudge them in email and make them work, but i guess its either they forgot to sort our packages, or they being honest about it being just arrived

Finally got mine yesterday.

I rang up at 9am asking if there was any chance of it coming before the end of next week when I'm moving out of this address and was told it would be here in "mid-june" then it arrived just after lunch lol.
