Just called vPOST.. They claim that the item is already in Singapore.....

I haven't even paided for the shipping.. LOL..

They claim to have 4 to 5 Cartons full of the Security Token..

Made arrangements to go pick it up from Singapore Post Centre tomorrow.

Ordered first day, still haven't received it but already got charged. Contacted SE today, they will investigate and contact me.

Two months passed already and... still nothing. SE is unlikely to contact anyone or provide some other answer than "be patient". Is there many people in this situation still?

Not collected the item yet..

No.. I have to pay for Shipping Charges...

The weird part was.. They kept saying were unable to locate the item in the USA side... then i sent them a picture of what the item looks like at 3pm...

Later at 4pm. I got a miss call from vPOST... So i assumed something has happened... proceeded to make a call to vPOST.. and i was told that the item was already in Singapore.. Kindly make payment for the shipping and will proceed to post the item to my address...

Will update here later when i receive the box or get an official statement on what happened.. But 1 thing is for sure! REJOICE to SG FFXI Players!!!

5 working days, i shipped last thursday. got it at 12pm delivery ^^

i think the token i ordered on 23rd should reach oregon next week if calculations are not wrong from me and yuroko orders

Ordered on 7th. It is shipped from texas, on the 9th april 22:59:21

Can't find any exact dates or whatever on the Box or Performa Invoice..

Even tried to check the "Mail Express" Tracking number on their website came up with nothing..

I guess vPOST is the one that screwed up Big time for treating a Parcel as a mailer.. Going to call up vPOST tommorow to make some noise with them!

No news of the token still... I called up Vpost to kao bei them but they say will need a tracking number. Do you guys have any from SE? Any merchant address?

Also emailed them but no reply....

just email them your invoice again, and your vpost detail so they know who you are

and tell them to check again

usually they will say nothing, and then they will go check and reply u again, saying its here now and update site

they wont reply asap also, usually 2-3 days

vPOST told me.. That my parcel was treated as a mailer (receipts or invoices for magazines etc).. which they do not process/register and just send it over to SG....

Naturally i questioned them.. So does this box look like a mailer or receipt to you?......

Whatever the case.. Just phone vPOST up.. Tell them that there is no tracking number, it is sent by normal postage which does not have any form of Tracking number.. and e-mail them the picture of how the box look like... If they are rude to you, just be rude to them and Demand them for their name and position... which will make them start panicking and say sorry to you..

SE shipped it out on the 23 Apr 2009.
Accepted by USPS on 25 Apr 2009.

God knows what happened between 25 Apr 2009 to 10 Jun 2009.. Anyone able to guide me where to check next??

After 75 days and contacting SE twice through the online chat, I can finally say: TOKEN GET. As they said in the 2nd chat, they sent it from their UK HQ as soon as posts opened (contacted them on a friday evening, so they sent it on monday). Took about a week from there toget it, along with an apology letter from SE, which was a nice surprise after these ~11 weeks.

I finally got mine on Friday, June 19th, 51 business days after ordering. I contacted Square-Enix twice while waiting for it to arrive, the first time I was told they would investigate the matter and contact me. The second time, a week later, I was told they were still investigating and would contact me. Nobody ever contacted me, but it did eventually arrive.

Surprise surprise, SE can't tell me anything and still no token,... but hey on the bright side they reopened Token sales on the 28th of June.

Lenay still hasnt gotten hers yet teryn, so you're not the only one that i know who haven't gotten theirs. few ppl in ER havent gotten theirs as well
