I did, without a tracking number or some sort of certified mail, they can't help me.

So...next two options are consumerist and BBB I guess.

ever since i knew my local PO are the one screwing shits up, holding the token for 2 months w/o knowing that was my package, i make sure i spam email and tell them to check every freaking 1 day

my 3rd token came within 2 weeks, while my first 2 took 2.5 months

Heh, I ordered my Token on the day they became available and still have not gotten it. I kinda quit the game like 8 months ago and haven't cared since. I'm a bit pissed that I got ripped off, but in all honesty, the 3 hours that I would spend sitting on hold if I tried to call and bitch is worth more to me than $10.

After 4 months and a half of not receiving the token, contacting SE's support on a monthly basis and being told that they would contact me regarding the issue (without never doing so), I finally got a refund.

No, they didn't. The last time I contacted them, about two weeks ago, the person I spoke with told me that he would issue the request for a refund (not without him first saying that I should wait for them to contact me and me having to insist on the matter).

While I had to give them a lot of information the first two times I contacted them about not receiving the token, at later attempts to get them to do something they didn't ask for any information at all.
