Modding a PSP

NDesMenu only works on PC, and it's shit tastic. Someone made a slightly working NDS emu on psp but it can only play games that don't use the touchscreen at all and it can only play specific ones from that. I believe you could only play teenage mutant ninja turtles, some naruto game, and some yugioh game.

Ah, I normally use no$gba for ds on pc it runs smooth for most part.

I haven't heard of a decent ds emulator. And an emulator is that, a program that duplicates another system (PS, N64, SNES, NeoGeo etc.). For example, let's assume you have a library of SNES roms, then you'd need to get your hands on an SNES emulator for the PSP.

Final fantasy Dissidia is out there (is not a rom, rather ISO/CSO), however, there's no translation patch yet. It's just better to check a website for manuals.

Dissidia is on there, in the Japanese section. The DS rom section is just for DS roms, despite the site being called PSPISOz they're not specifically for PSP use. >_>

Along the same topic.. I'm selling a ton of my old PS1 and PS2 games on ebay and would like at least a backup/rom copy I can run on my PC. Anyone familiar with the stuff, can you point me in the right direction at where to get the stuff/how to go about running it. Last time I tried a PS2 emulator was years ago and it was godawful. Any PM's are appreciated if you don't want to post in the main forums. Thanks :3

Is it a safe bet that a 1000 series (1001) will be modable? I have 2.71 OFM on it...haven't used it in years heh

Nvm. I have the 'IC1003' code inside the UMD drive. So Pandora Battery + MMS -> downgrade to 1.50 firmware and then begin all the other stuff?

finally got my battery and hacked it and etc.

Now how do I put roms and emulators? I know where they are but how do I put them on and how do I run them?

Also is it possible using a Memory stick Duo adaptor rather than a USB cord to do so?

All Emulators come with a read me ...emulators usual go in the GAME folder roms are the Root in ISO


using a adaptor for what? transfering shit to the memory card? it doesnt matter if thats what you mean

just tried to play gundam wing endless duels on the psp all was fine til battle started and it was REALLLLY slow. . .

this is a PSP game is this normal?



edit: meh street fighter plays fine


edit: just loaded gundam wing again and it said applying speed hacks or something like that automatically maybe thats why its slow? anyway to disable that

edit4: changed ignore palette writes and its faster now whats that do? ;o

So how do I run PSP games that I DL, like dissidia? Do I just dl and copy em to game150 and boot em up?

edit: also isn't there something specia I have to do to make dissidia run smooth?

Dissidia, once you d/l it, stick it in the ISO folder and you're set. dissidia lets you download a file into your mem stick so it will run smoother, the bigger the file, the less you have to wait on loading and etc.

Don't use that data install if you already have the game itself on the memory stick, or doing it via USB, it'll actually load slower.

It helps if you're playing the game from WiFi though.

Xenogears freezes at the beginning battle is there anything special im supposed to do for psx roms? All i did was copy and paste it into the games folder and ran it.
