jfc as in "people can choose if they want it to be legal by voting." are you really this dense? the voting creates the state legislation - answering the question

To be fair, he was doing that way before this. He's been an advocate of outing closeted celebrities, politicians, and Capitol Hill aides for years.

    Er, referring to thestalkmore's post.

A straight guy who is an asshole is just a straight guy who is an asshole, while a gay person who is annoying is an entire group of gays who is annoying.

edit: stop it with the bullshit, he gave her a zero because he didn't agree with her. That much is obvious.

Wow were people even watching the same thing? I think giving her a 0 score was harsh and Perez was being stupid about it however I would think that she would get a rather low score for how retarded her answer was. NOT because of the opinion she stated but rather how she said it.

She should at least get the same score as map girl.

Straight men can do the exact same thing if they so felt like it. Or some some tim the tool man grunt. If i somehow didn't point it out I'm talking only about the EXTREME cases which usually involves the violation of one's personal space.
Also. beaches don't count. Considering that the minimum amount of clothing that that a person can wear at a beach legally depending on area is zero thanks to nude beaches they really cant be used to define acceptable clothing levels in somethign as simple as a parade. And since when were only straight people allowed on a beach? Gay people are just as able to run around in a thong and pretend to be from Baywatch.
going back to the last line you said again. im ot comparing lisping to cornering a woman and talking to her in an alley. I'm comparing a guy saying that he'd love to shove it up your ass and hear you squeak like johnny depp to another man(whom had already informed the gay man that he was not interested) vs a man saying something similar to a woman. So for the woman vs man example I'd have the man say (after the woman indicates she isn't single or interested) something like "how about I handcuff you to to the bed and fuck you instead?"

Hit on me? Eh np. I'm just as likely to randomly hit on a lesbian and be mistaken. That's fine. Keep on hitting on me? That gets into the realm of damned annoying as it would for the lesbian i accidentally hit on. Bonus points for describing various sexual acts you want to do involving a person while they're in earshot after you got rejected.
EDIT: back to the stripper part. if gay men pranced around in thier underwear at a gay pride parade it would be "woohoo! good for them!". If at a" mainstream" parade they had women and men in sexually suggestive positions/outfits we'd be hearing bitching and public outcry over it in many states. It's not equality if both sides cant get away with it. granted there are the West Indian parades which come damned close so I acknowledge that the running around like strippers part was a bad point. I'm not sure if those ones are exceptions or prove the rules personally since the thanksgiving day parades and whatnot cant get away with the same thing.

First off, the gay people where you live must be fucked in the head, because I live in the third gayest city in the USA and I've never heard anything like what you've described here, nor have I see anything like it (outside of gay pride, which is an exceptional situation - just like the beach).

Second, you're describing things that are acts of sexual harassment bordering on verbal assault. When you're describing extreme cases that involve violating someone's personal space, that has nothing to do with being flamboyant or even sexual preference in the first place, it's all about being an asshole. A guy telling you he wants to fuck you up the ass has nothing to do with the fact that he's gay and everything to do with the fact that he's a pervert with no respect for anyone's personal space. He could be straight and saying the same thing to a woman and it would be just as bad. His sexuality is irrelevant and has nothing to do with his behaviour other than determining his target, so I'm not sure why you're trying to use this as an example of "flamboyant" behaviour. You're bringing sexual preference into an issue that has nothing to do with preference (a gay guy hitting on a straight dude is no different from you hitting on a girl who thinks you're ugly) and has everything to do with people being disrespectful pieces of shit. Yes, I agree with you, a disrespectful piece of shit is someone I don't like either, but I'm pretty sure they come in all shapes colors and sizes - gay straight or otherwise.

You still haven't given me an example of behaviour that could be considered "flamboyant" and could still be compared to a straight man verbally raping a chick. If you're saying you don't like getting hit on by gay men, especially those who don't respect you once you ask them to back off, fine - I don't either, and I'm gay - but you sure as fuck phrased your argument poorly. Once again, that has nothing to do with the fact that they're gay other than their choice of target. It has everything to do with them being shitty human beings.

I find that that's not quite true.

I also find that pointing out that I'm not interested more than the first time(and even the first time) seems to cause the assumption that I'm homophobic. if hit on a woman, got rejected and tried again a second time with the lady responding to "GTFO you creep" she wouldn't be thought of as a "stuck up bitch" or whatnot for doing so and would probably be praised for voicing her opinion that I'm not worth dating. It's the double standards that I dislike the most honestly which I've pointed out before. Another example of this same situation with only the gender/orientation changed is the fact that straight guys tend to have a slight obsession with lesbians. Some stupid college kid insisting on convincing said lesbians to have a threesome that want nothing to do with him is considered a dumbass while the lesbians are not called heterophobic for saying no. Oh and yeah. Flamboyant was probably a bad word to use I guess. Situations where straight people get the benefits from double standards are problems too but two wrongs dont make a right hence they really should either lose the benefits they have over a homosexual or give the homosexual more rights which would result in equality on that topic.

I guess I wasn't clear enough when I replied. I know how voting works, I am not that dense. I was referring to the people in the state not being able to choose if they want to get married or not because of the fact that it is illegal in 46/50 states.

Yeah I guess you are right. I have not watched the answers on pageants. I was just stating my personal opinion that even though I do not agree with her stance if I was a judge I would have given her low scores based on the retarded nature of her answer not because of what her beliefs are.

I would be curious to see what the other judges scored her though because if they did give her really low scores she might have lost anyway. I think the importance of his 0 score gesture is relevant to what the other judges scores were.

I'd heard that the per-capita gayness ratings go: San Francisco, New York, Minneapolis. Although I've also heard Atlanta was second at some point. Makes sense, the gays gotta have a haven in the South. I've never seen West Hollywood in the rankings, actually. But I don't know what they are outside of the top 3. Plus this is probably all made-up, not like I've ever seen an official study done on it.

One thing is for sure though, Minneapolis has tons of fags.

You're jumping in the middle of the wrong discussion, this wasn't talking about the voting anymore.
