My friend who follows UFC pretty well said that Randy Couture wasn't licensed for the game because he had already signed another deal to be in another MMA game of some sort.

He also said some fighter named Clay Guida is not in the game because they didn't want to animate his hair.

Not 100% sure on either of these but I don't think he's BSing me. I don't follow UFC too much, although the demo was a lot of fun.

But yeah, the more I look at that list, the more I notice people they missed: Randy, Jon Jones, Patrick Cote, Matt Hamill, and probably more. Who knows though, the power of DLC might fill in these holes.

Yeah they had the crap about Clay Guida on the wiki. His hair caused some clipping issues with the animation. THQ even offered to pay him to cut his hair which of course he declined.
