Dyna-Bcd Paper glitch?

Ok maybe this is old news or just a rare occurance because I asked around and no one has ever heard of this. But last night we were going for paper and NM dropped a Msilver.

This happens sometimes? I was under the impression that at least 1 paper was 100%

You mean an Attestation NM didn't drop the Attestation the person wanted out of 2 possible or just didn't drop one period on an NM that only drops 1?

I've seen it where the NM we were going for was the relic x and it dropped relic y instead and also no drop at all, I can't say I remember the coins.

100 instead of a paper DOES happen, but it's exceptionally rare. kinda like DL dropping no currency at all.

I think I saw that twice >< I hate DL runs, not for that though.

This is the second time I've seen this posted since the last update(other was in the drop thread). I'm thinking they may have changed something.

Have had a 100 drop while going for GKT once, few years ago.
