Apron Question

I've noticed the apron for the npc that you trade items to for guild points has a smaller extra patch in the upper left hand corner of their apron. Someone told me if you're 100 +3 with all the items you should have it also. I've been 100 leathercraft for a long time and have all the extra items and moglification: leathercraft. The person telling me this did have the patch on their apron, does anyone know how to get it?

Sounds like *the person* that told you this is full of shit.

edit: Also the only race that doesn't have symbol patches on their arms are Galkas. All other races have the singular patch.

This is only a difference of graphic (like Kirin osode has no sleeves on Mithra, etc) between races/gender. Only Male characters except Tarus have this pocket, and only on the yellow eprons, it has nothing to do with being 100+3. If you're a Mithra, too, you don't have the patch on the arm either.
