I thought it was new because they weren't appearing in the present since like the release of WotG, then spent all the time since then not popping, and then all of a sudden started appearing again, though very rarely now. The thread is to maybe determine why they started popping again, or to draw the public's attention into finding out what causes them to pop in the present, and beyond cures to random people, what benefit they have in the present.
