edit: Pricewise, the place I live is hooked up to the university network, so while the housing probably have some of their local network costs included in the monthly rent, the connection as such is provided by the university, and is free, they also provide free wireless for the students covering fairly large parts of the city.

You do score pretty well on the upload compared to the average results on this thread so far. Meaning you can gain higher ratios on private torrent sites much faster than, for example.
