Was Verizon DSL, now it's Fairpoint DSL, they just bought out Verizon in NH/VT/Maine. I think we pay about 20/month for this barely above dial-up speed

Comcast Business Class (at home, lawl). ~$50 a month and spectacularly good support, unlike regular Comcast. Also, no PowerBoost, it's full time 16/2 with fairly significant wiggle room in the downstream.

My modem died at 7:30 one evening, was on the phone with a live person in less than 15 seconds, and a tech was out at 8 the next morning to swap it out for a new one.

Was that some sort of special deal to get that? I was looking into it to get around the download caps and it lists the 16/2 connection at $90 for the business class.
