Token + POL Question

Currently, I got it to work, but the thing I dont get is, when I either log in SE website or POL, it ask to enter the "One Time PassWord." The One Time PW becomes invalid I think.

In order to log in, I have to reset everything on SE account to log in POL. Is the one time password suppose to stay the same? If the answer is no, how do I log in since the security number changes every 30 seconds.

You get the One-Time password from the Token every time you want to log in. That's what One-Time means, the password works one time and then you need a new one. The password changes every 30 seconds, but a generated password stays valid for 27 minutes, giving you long enough to attempt to log in.

You tell PlayOnline Viewer whether or not to request a One Time Password. If you have the token linked to your account, you use the One Time Password, and if not you don't. On the web site, you just leave the box blank if you don't have the token activated yet. You have to log in on the web site to activate the token, at which point you will have to start typing in the number on the token in the box on the web site, and will have to tell PlayONline Viewer to request the password.

They don't know you have the token yet or which token it is. You have to let them know. This should be common sense considering that one piece of information.
