Wondering which key did you bind for Satchel? I'm thinking maybe ALT/CTRL O or backspace but that seems to be too far.
Any suggestions?

You don't have to be a Windower user to make a Satchel macro.
Just saying.
I usually just type /satchel, but I type a lot of commands, so meh.
Bound it to Ctrl-U and Alt-U so it would be right next to Item Window Binding (I)
I haven't bound it yet, but I like the idea or ctrl+alt+O.
Just been typing /sat-TAB as of now. Then again I do have bindings for /map, /rmap, /bmap and /cmap because I'm lazy, so I won't be surprised if /satchel joins the crowd.
Hmm yeah U or O seems ok... maybe U better since I use P for party chat if anything... might hit it on accident...
and not wasting 1 macro space for satchel lol...
I used Ctrl + i
Alt + i is how I normally get in to inventory, so Ctrl +i just made sense to me.
/satTABenterenter is really fast.
/satchel w/o hitting tab is faster >_>
I sure as hell can type chel faster than pressing tab then enter
and then you got consideration of how many times your gonna hit tab too early on /sa instead and end up saluting.
I don't open the satchel mid-fight, so I just use the menu >.>
I used ctrl-u myself, since the satchel appears to the left of your inventory, and U is left of I and etc etc.
A friend of mine swears that ctrl-o makes far more sense. Seems like the same kind of argument that goes into "Rajas on left or right?" etc etc.
It drives me nuts to forget something in my mog house. So I just grabbed all the stuff I always forget or "need to run to my mog house" to get, and put it in my satchel.
Then when I know I am going to be using something I move it into my main inventory (to compliment whatever the task at hand needs) when I getting ready.
IE most things in my satchel now are:
foods
meds
warp club / rings / staff
rr items
elemental staves
signet staff
nin tools
ammo
refresh body (when pling my 2nd toon)
pet items
random quest / mission items.
exp ring
etc etc
That cleared up a shit ton of room. I don't really need to get to most of those satchel items "like now" so I just use the menu.
is what I use, right next to ctrl/alt+i inventory shortcutCode:bind ^u input /satchel; bind !u input /satchel;
