Also, unrelated, apparently 135 lb. Shinya Aoki and Fedor had a grappling-only match the other day, can't wait for the video to be released, that should be entertaining to watch.

Shinya Aoki is a 156er, walks around at 175. He's not even close to 135.

He usually fights at 150, but I really don't think he "walks around at 175". At all.

Aoki weighed 162 pounds when he fought his last fight at welterweight which was up to 168 pounds so that is likely his natural weight. The lightweight limit is 155 which is where he normally fights so he has to cut a bit of weight.

they'll allow 156. most of the time they'll weigh more before signing a fight and then go down in weight for cardio/stamina purposes.

but then again i don't see why it's so import as long as we all know he isn't a bantamweight.

I don't see what's so unbelievable about that. Firstly, he fights at 155, never 150. Secondly, he's a tall lightweight at 5'11, maybe even 6'0". His career also started at 170 lbs. So yeah, 135 is ridiculous.

It's really amazing how fast Fedor moves for a heavyweight.

Lesnar isn't going to get past Mir (for the second time). I'd rather see a Mir Fedor match-up, even though Mir already came out and said Fedor is/was the best Heavy-weight of all time.

You don't need the UFC belt to know that Fedor is the best. It just sucks we won't get to see him fight UFC fighters. That Grappling match was amazing.
