i dont understand people that sit on the toilet for hours and read. when i feel i need to poo, i go poo. I go in, sit down, push, then get up, wipe, wash hands, leave. 5 min tops. why do your poops take 30+ minutes

This, and if it's a long shit like the runs or something I roll my lips over my teeth and kind of nibble the hair on my forearm. Just pulling it, not biting it out or whatever.
