New Virus/URL Hijack problem (Can't find any real workaround)

Ok so my fiancee was browsing shit she shouldn't of. And well I can't find any info worthwhile on how to remove it.

when she does google searches she gets url hijacks to vediresa, serach.blinkx, right-ads, googsence, ogsaerx, dorsagn, danovasa, etc.

when i try to launch spybot it crashes, same for malwarebytes, also in safe mode -.-

kinda at a loss right now, vista home premium =/ tempted to wipe the damned thing and put XP on it finally.

Rename Malwarebytes' main .exe (should be mbam.exe) to something else (i go with lol.exe) and try it. I have seen viruses which look for the filename and kill it asap, and that normally works.

If you can get a copy of combofix on there too, that'd be great. Rename that something like cf123.exe in case it crashes out on loading too.

Try the free edition of this. If the url gets blocked let me know I can try to host the install for you. We use this at work for this kind of crap and it actually gets pretty much everything, (I was fairly skeptical of such a generic name), but you do have to make sure you do the update for it after you install or it can miss some stuff.

Combofix fixed it instantly, awesome program. Also tried out a *test* version of the full copy of SUPERAntiSpyware. I like it, its pretty nice in bundle with other apps like Spybot, Mbytes, etc.
