This sounds awesome and frustrating as fuck at the same time. But yeah, like everyone recommends, just stop spanking the monkey for a while and maybe see if taking a break from drinking helps. I was taking ambien + a anti depressant at one point in time and i figured out that the ambien was fucking with my dick so I stopped taking it. Also, anti depressants can fuck with your dick, I don't think any amount of depression would be worth sacrificing my ability to shoot baby batter.

I have this problem too, its retarded. For like 2 days after not orgasming from sex and having prolonged sex my dick hurt so much and it pains me to even think of sleeping with someone again.

I'm starting to blame a deteriorating sex drive... at 22 years of age. I do drink a lot when I go out though so that's probably where it's stemming from.

From my own experience:

Booze: If you're drinking every time you have sex, stop it. Sure you've done it in the past, how old are you now? Your internal chemistry might be starting to change, and the booze could very well be the cause.

Unless you have to be drunk just to have sex with your partner, then there is another problem. (That I'm not touching)

Antidepresants: Holy fuck, I could get into details but situations where before I started the pills I could get off in 30 seconds flat when I wanted to turned into taking much, much longer. I also had trouble even getting an erection on them though, because they had fun interactions with some other pills I started taking at the same time.

Jerking it: Stop it for a while, you'll get off really quick.

I'm gonna try that fleshlight idea someone mentioned. I've never been a top because it never 'feels' good to me, probably because I'm so used to doing things by hand.

Actually, it does. It stimulates the cells on your foreskin and around your penis to grow and thicken, which means you have to progressively push harder or tighter in order to get off.

That's why not jerking off can allow you to ejaculate quicker - because your penis isn't as used to the stimulation.
