I got shut off yesterday morning. It canceled my Content IDs, oddly enough said it did it on the 29th. Waited for maint. to end, reentered my pre paid that i was using and it worked fine. Dunno why it shut me off for 6 hours.

i have been tring to put in my CC info for past 15hours non stops and i get the same message as the person above me. i am thinking their reg. server mait didnt fix sht. + SE being a bunch of dumb asses = Can Not register card.

Either way I just closed that account because of the mailing address error (made sure I got the right address for the balance check they'll be sending though), so I'm shit out of luck for a few days I guess.

Can you get to content ID screen? Or are you stopped after you log in? It wasn't letting me register a new card either, but I had to register it for an overdue fee and it worked then. After I could get in, it never let me register a new card but let me renew content IDs, I'm playing fine at the moment.

Have you tried to reenter the Card INFO ? That's what I ended up doing to get it to work.

after i put in my PW and all it goes straight to the screen where account has been closed. I hit ok and it takes me to were i purt in my info. You can put in all your info then click pay or whatever 3 times before it sends you back to the beginiing where you pic what charachter to log in with it. I have been doing that for 15hours bouncing back and forth cuz it will not accept my card and i put over 100 dollars on it the other day.

It wants me to pay the overdue fees from the very first screen (LM-21's me), I reconnect and enter it, it then wants me to confirm my card info, I put everything in exactly as it's listed on the card, and it says check info, make sure the card is valid.

The $1 charge they used to check the validity of the card got declined for some stupid reason and SE thinks the card is closed now.

I forgot to update to my new debit card and had to reinstate my account, too.

Strange, though, and may be related that my bank called me asking about fraud prevention, needed me to approve the SE charge on my account.

Maybe it looks suspicious for some reason to banks? I have chase, here (used to be Wamu)

I think for some reason you cant use this card. If you used a different card, it would probably work just fine. That's what happened for me.

SE tends to lock a card out of their system for 1 or 2 days if it has denied a payment. If you wait for at least a day without trying to use the card, then try to use it will then work. Same thing happen to me about couple year ago.

Eh, just gonna chill and get a new card when the balance gets returned to me, I can't figure out why it wouldn't let me correct the address mistake with that one, and SE doing this shit just pushed me over the edge.

i didnt have enough money for this months payment (i have a separate bank acct with a registered debit card for ffxi), so now i cant log in atm
tomorrow im planning to head over to the bank and deposit some money. after there's money pimped up in my bank acct, all i gotta do is log in POL and do that shit like choose to pay for the crap that i havnt paid yet? then i can log in?

cause iuno but im gettin scared cuz it sounds like im gonna get the same cockblock as you guys

In theory, yes.

Since I made a decision I can't reverse, it will be fixed in the morning for sure, and I'll still have to wait for the check to reach me.

I had all my id's canceled on my mule account. I had to reenter my CC info to get it to work.

Same thing has been happening with me. Got a new debit card and it switched fine for one of my accounts, but the other one keeps giving me said message. Fucking stupid -.- Oh well, 2 more hours until I can call them and bitch to them live until they get it working.

I have the same problem. Now, over 4 days, I was not able to change the CC information, and the POL keeps asking me to pay the fees. The problem is not with our cards; it is with system that SE uses.

Still, "server is busy, or you have entered wrong info."
