LM-21 Closed my Card?

I probably paid for 3 of you guys. When I checked my CC's bill, they charged me twice the amount for 1 of my account for 1 month. I went to check the previous bill, they charged me twice the amount on my both account. I don't wtf is this but I will have to call them to know I guess :/

Super huge bump.

I recently called SquareEnix to have my payment information changed over the phone because my credit cards do not support Verified By Visa. The customer service rep at SquareEnix changed my card information successfully and told me it would take them sometime to 'differ my unpaid payment til next month' (LM-21) because it was some glitch in PlayOnline to not let my card go through right away.

Does anyone with LM-21 issues have any idea of how long it's going to take before they take this bind off the account? My card obviously works as I use it everyday, I really don't understand why they couldn't just do it over the phone. It's been two days and they don't have an answer for me on how long it's going to take.

I got double billed 2 months in a row now, and havent changed my cc info in like 6 months. Thank god I had enough money in my account or I would prolly be in the same boat as you all. Anyone know why they might double bill 2 months in a row? Seems like im paid up for a couple months, lol.

I had to call and have them manually move my charge to next month, it took a month, then they still never fixed it, called four times.

Then I just finally asked my friend to pay for me and now I just pay him via Paypal.

Currently being affected by this. Credit Card expires this month and tried updating the information from my new one. After I try to complete it, I get the UCS-60257 error code (server too busy/incorrect information).

Don't know what to do, tried several times. I plan on contacting them on Monday unless someone can help me.

Are you using this credit card for another account? Is your address typed in exactly like yours registered onto the card? Does your credit/debit card support Verified by Visa/Mastercard?

Only this account, no other accounts are on the card; yes; yes. I typed my verification password three times and it said it accepted it, does that also mean I'm getting charged each time I do that part of the process?

Make sure your cookies are turned off on your browser when you make a password / type in the CAPSHA code for your verified account with your bank. Try using a different browser as your default so when POL opens the page it'll open in another browser. If your cookies are turned off or there's some kind of firewall (anti-virus software or browser firewall) it won't transmit to the POL viewer.

Found my problem. I was putting "St" instead of writing it out as "Street" and it went through.

ya same stuff has happen to me before with my old card but as of this week i have had trouble getting my mule activated with my other card been getting time out error

If you have CC probs call them. I had this and they got me fixed up in under 30min. Just have info ready to give them(your 8 digit long code and such. Might ask you for BD as well and what not.

^ This. For anyone having problems with verified by Visa or Mastercard, you can have them do it over the phone if you don't have a PS2 or XB360.
