4/~25-30 on PCC here, the first drop was on about the 18th run, with 3 more dropping in the following ~10, go figure.

Never seen :ni from Under Observation but yeah, PCC isn't too bad.
0/68...sounds quite unrealistic to be honest, unless you've counted/recorded wrong or incredibly unlucky.
