    The key to stat grinding is having the lowest BR against the toughest monsters, chaining doesn't do anything for you, that only affects monster drops.

    I stopped on my first attempt months ago at BR48 and decided to start with quests earlier last month and now I'm at BR54 for the fight(s) and Jager or w/e I heard isn't friendly as gates is either.

    yeah, just pretty much chain up a lot of small stuff to a really high chain and get a lot of stats, you need to make sure to keep your BR really low
