I'll try to make this as short as possible.. We were good friends on Pandy, I lent him 5 Imp. Wootz Ingots to finish his Ares Cuirass, with the understanding that he pays me back to finish Skadi's Cuirie.. Several months later I'm on a break, and he's moved to Caitsith.. About a month ago I'm back, I give him a month before really pushing at what the ingot situation is.. And all I got, when asking if he'll have some ready in a month is, "lol no." He's still doing HNMLS with DaFunk as far as I know - I logged into my Caitsith mule (which was supposed to transfer back to Pandy with my gil or ingots at some point), and of course see him doing Sandworm, and now Sea.

What makes this worse is that throughout the entire process, he made absolutely zero attempts to get me back any amount of gil, with the insult to injury being that he will not even say he's sorry, or offer any condolences at all. He had, and continues to have, legit opportunities to send some ingot help my way, but nothing.. His initial excuse was that he needed to save LS points for Homam (instead of exchanging for gil). He also spent a lot of gil on Smithing. Finally, after getting no Homam, he tells me because of a new job, he can't get on FFXI much at all to play, and cannot exchange LS points. This, while I see him on most nights. If he really can barely play at all, he should sell at least some of his equip in the short term to pay me back, right? Well no, he says, because he does HNMLS ... Total BS imo, if he made it any kind of a priority to pay me back over these ~6 months, I'd have recieved more than the total of 0g (or 0 ingots) so far.

Sorry for the rant, but it took me ages to earn those 5 ingots, and he's basically stolen them from a friend without any hint of a 'sorry.' And believe me, he's had many ways to communicate, we've been in contact on AIM the entire time, and PoL messages most of the time.

This has basically ended with him presumably blisting my Caitsith mule, as I finally pressed the issue of what he had done/was planning to do. Kudos Lilioh, for jacking ~half a Salvage body from a friend who needs it in the worst way, and all without any remorse.

Please, beware Cait Sith goers, do not loan him a thing; and really, from what he's done here, I don't know why any decent person would want to associate with him at all. He's a selfish jerkoff who, in a perfect world, would get what's coming to him.

(and by the way, if anything he owes me more than that, as I was a large reason he has Fortitude Torque, from the Ghrah M Chip farming on up to Fort.. He even sniped my HQ Amemet Mantle when I let him use it for DRG exp, and lol'd when I asked about it.. I believe he had sold it).

Lilioh from Pandy? i used to loan him things all the time and my cousin did the same. He was a great guy. It sounds to me like you are trying to be an Indian giver. You lend/give him something, then quit the game, he probally tried to contact you for a while but you weren't on the game, so he decides to server migrate. If you give something to someone and then leave, don't expect your products to come back to you.

being in game makes all the difference. ever consider lilioh may have had your gil and did a /sea for you? you weren't on, perhaps for a few months. By that time he could have decided that you weren't coming back or it wasn't worth the effort on his part anymore and decided to spend the gil.

yeah, i got all my stuff back, probally because i was always there when he had enough money. And if he stole the things i lent him i wouldn't be starting threads on BG, i would leave it between me and him. i wouldn't make a mule on his server and harass his linkshell because that is a childish thing to do. i also wouldn't call anyone who interacts with him a fool for sticking up for their friend.

Someone sent me a link to this thread. Lilioh asked me last month if i could come up with the money to pay for this guys Imperial Wootz ingots because i'm on Pandemonium server. i told him i will try my best but couldn't make a serious effort until near the end of May because i had finals to study for. After seeing this it doesn't seem like he would still want me to pay him back lol.
