PvM Zealot is easy as hell to build.

Forum gold is an online currency used at a website called D2JSP (forums.d2jsp.org). Pretty much the location for all of your Diablo II needs.

I got about 2k sitting there from when I last played.

Basically trading in trade channel is pointless, too much spamming and hard to find people selling specifically what you need.

To give you an idea for about 1000fg and in 4 hours I could have a level 90 hammerdin with shako/HoZ/Enigma/torch/anni/sash/mara/hoto/sojx2 ect.

Makes picking the game up really easy and gives you something to do with all the items you get.

Depends on what you're playing, on HC Ladder you'd never get that for 1000fg. Jah and Ber alone are going for 1200 each, lol

Don't play HC because the game, even with a top notch connection, will crap out and get you killed because of lag and not your skill.

That and exit programs that make you leave @% health kinda make it unfair.

does anyone know of a maphack for v1.13 for single player? latest I can find is for v1.12. I probably haven't played since maybe right before v1.10 came out, so I'm a little behind on where to find this stuff.

I've played HC for years and never died due to lag. If the game is lagging, the monsters lag with it. If YOU are lagging, you could die, but if you're lagging in Diablo, it's time to get off the 56k.

I know this is a necro, but I had to comment on this: every so often, I get EXTREME lag spikes in D2, that last for 10-20 seconds. After said spike is over, every mob on the screen moves and attacks at super speeds until it catches up to where it should be, making HC virtually unplayable for me. It's NOT my end (I run a Core i7 920 @ 3.6ghz, 6GB RAM, Radeon 5870, etc. and have a very fast stable internet connection). It doesn't happen in single player at all. Shit just lags on the realms.

After 1.13 dropped, I tried to play D2 again for a while, but after I lost my 5th HC character in act 1 nightmare due to this bizarre lag, I gave it up.

It definitely lags enough to kill.
bnet is not stable these days.

*shrug*, my first HC sorceress in 1.13 made it to 88 without any issues.
