The interest is in the context i would say. Anyone can show you just a random scene of two people fucking, and just properly title said film as "Two people fucking", but the best porn, aside from two or more attractive people who are actually enjoying themselves, is porn that presents you with a situation that you find erotic, a fantasy. Everyone has those situations where they might find sex even more enticing than usual, and this is what good porn tries to use to its advantage. A "story" can be part of that context.
