MAB has no backward conversion, no.

And no, MAB setup isnt all that bad, manya time I go without resists on big things, but to be more consistent, you want more INT and Skill.

For your MAB setup there, use the INT grip, INT torque (uggy too), errant/jet/maha pants, and rainbow/prisim cape. Demon helm or AF1 might be a good option too depending how much you resist, this goes for the neck piece as well. The INT on those peices far outweigh what youre currently using in DMG and reistance.
