Billing Issues?

found other threads saying it was fixed. i have tried for the last 14~hrs and still says UCS-60257 server busy / card invalid. info is right, card is valid, enough money on card. is it possible to pay / update info over the phone with POL or no? or did they not fix this problem yet?...

Its not fixed for me I have it since 3,5 weeks.
Waited 3h to get to talk to someone via webchat. The guy told me the servers are busy and I should try again.

SE sucks so damned much. They might not need our money :D

gonna try again in a few~ if it doesn't work ill wait until JP midnight then try again.. and if that don't work i guess ill get a visa greendot card and try it... stupid ass SE

Just tried it again a few minutes ago. And as expected UCS-60257 again.
For a month now /cheer^^
As I could see there were no 1$ bookings to valid the card so far -_- which means thats not the problem.

Where are you from US or europe(like me) ?

SEI POL Melanie R: There are a few reasons that you will get the UCS 60257 error code. They all stem from the card being declined when we propose the information to the bank. When we submit that information, the name, billing address, card number, expiration date, and the security code are all checked. The bank will only allow us to approve the card to be charged if all of that information is correct and there is at least $1 on the card as available funds.
SEI POL Melanie R: Tell them you are trying to enter your card information into an online game but it won't go through. Ask them to verify all the information you are entering so they can check. Since it is done electronically, no one comes in contact with the information you enter. Therefore, we are unable to assist in the entering of credit card information.
SEI POL Melanie R: If you are seeing the $1.00 charge on your account, what that would mean is the bank or fundamental institution either is not accepting the transaction or they aren't accepting it fast enough. We give them a very small window of time to accept that $1.00 fee as that is our way of checking the validity of the account.
SEI POL Melanie R: If you are not receiving that $1.00 charge that would mean that it is a genuine server busy message.
SEI POL Melanie R: After contacting the bank or financial institution to make sure everything that your entering is correct, you will need to continue to try giving 30 minutes between each attempt.

John Doe: so thats not the problem I am using the same card since 2003 just the security code changes every three years

SEI POL Melanie R: If your not getting the error message that the password is incorrect when your trying to update the payment information it has nothing to do with the region.
SEI POL Melanie R: If you are actually getting the error message UCS 60257 it would because of the reasons I explained above.
John Doe: the problem can be that for example John-Jimbo and I am only allowed to enter JohnJimbo
John Doe: which would make the information incorrect
SEI POL Melanie R: If you are not getting a specific error message that the name is incorrect that is not the problem.
SEI POL Melanie R: If you are not receiving that $1.00 charge that would mean that it is a genuine server busy message.
