Fwiw, it's really not an important reveal. It worked better in the books with the whole reek angle. There's several things in the book that don't translate well to TV. Baristans reveal for example.

Yeah so when they first introduced Talisa in the show I was suspicious of her and didn't like her one bit, thought she was a Lanister spy. Then I let is slide and thought she wasn't and now I am back to thinking she was a Lanister plant all a long sent to seduce Rob all along and cause the split with the Freyes.
