Guessing they'll pop up one by one at random times through out the day...

Since each server scatters the tablet at a different time, there may be some servers that won't see it happen for a few more hours.

What the POL site actually says is when the quest restarts, which is a random time 8-24hrs after they were collected last.

It mentions nothing about how the Tablets repop, only that after 8-24hrs they are "scattered" again. So we have to work out if they all repop simultaneously or if they reappear at random intervals, cause SE hasn't specified this information. So far either they are just harder to find or they do actually have their own pop timers, but I wouldn't go as far to say each tablet is 8-24hr respawn, because that time frame is ONLY said to be the quest reset time, IE when we lose the bonuses and the tablets are "scattered".

I really REALLY doubt it, as it would make it way too easy. I mean, you can't even see them while on a choco.

There's no indication that you can't see them on a chocobo. The flavor text merely said mounted adventurers may miss it, presumably because they're going by too fast to notice the target to come into view before they're out of range to see it again.

While I doubt they will appear on widescan, what I REALLY doubt is that SE purposefully takes its visibility on Apradar into account when designing the event. So you may or may not be able to see it on that. In fact, many things are visible on Apradar that never spawn, such as Mogball_Local or bigwinch or _kj14 or any number of other odd things that I have no idea what they are.

Also, Explorer Moogle showed up in RuLude before he popped at the start of the event. Who's to say the tablets won't?
