looks like the moogle stone tablet thing from the upcoming event. and yeah, thats the same place the moogle only you can see appears.

It's the center of the map, coordinates (0,0,0). SE loves to store unused NPCs there. It's no surprise some of them show up as a glitch due to lag, etc.

Another example is pos (0,0,0) in Lower Jeuno, just outside the Tenshodo. I think most people have seen that mog.

i dont know if this is the same thing that was in my mog house. I see a glowing yellow sparkle swirl around on the floor, fading in and out as it moves along the floor lol I took pictures of it that i can post later if people are terribly interested

I just find it weird since I've never seen this glow/sparkle occur in who knows how many years of playing this game. It looks uncanny similar to the ACP glowing sparkles in Fei'Yin, etc.

When you zone into the moghouse, you can temporarily see 2 green dots (or 1? I forget now) which disappears indicating some sort of NPC there too. It's to the "left" of the mog house, forgot now on the top of my head which direction that is on the radar.

possibly related to someone wearing a trenchcoat nearby. if their model hasn't loaded but they are wearing the coat, it will sparkle on the ground. possibly the game just put the sparkle in the wrong spot (0,0,0) b/c of a glitch and it appeared on the ground.

The invisible wall is more-so past the Choco stables staircase and before the bridge part to Battalia.

I dunno if this is related but sometimes while auto running out of Upper Jeuno to Batallia, my character gets stuck as if you ran into a wall around that area. I have to cancel the auto run and walk back a bit before I can move through. It's really odd and annoying sometimes.

I get this in Tav Safehold a lot also, as well as in Jeuno.

There's actually at least 3 invisible stumbling blocks right around that area, if not more. This is a bug that's been in the game since day 1 and no one has bothered to fix it (they know about it, but they don't deem it important enough to fix) -.-

There's a moogle hovering over the water behind the teleporting NPC in Windurst Waters [S]. I have a screenshot of it. Everytime I'd go to click it *poof* gone. =/
