It totally is, 4:15 AM and there's still hundreds of people here (though 80% of the library is closed right now).

I suppose for people living in dorms it makes a lot more sense to have a neutral ground to meet and study together if you're all pulling all-nighters, but ultimately you're just making noise to annoy everyone else around you and not accomplishing any of your own work anyway. Besides I've had a decent flat for the last two years that accommodates anyone who needs to study without bothering the other people who live there, so while I can understand their plight I can neither empathize nor give a shit about their problems.
