Amrik of hades ninja lotted a valor surrcoat in dynamis on may 8th 2009, from a member who had worked extremely hard to obtain it. Amrik does not have 75 pld and did it simply to grief our linkshell (Endofyourworld). In addition to being a scum bag he also goes around asking people for homosexual favors. (not a joke)

I highly suggest to all linkshells of this server to avoid this player. He is trash and can not be trusted.

Its not like Valor Surcoat is even that good anymore. What really sucked though was it was our LS's first Xarcabard run after several months of hard work getting all of our members access. I'm sure these kind of things are common place on ffxi unfortionately, but I still think its unacceptable to tolerate.

Oh and yes german was pissed, we called 3 GMs total I think but they all gave us the same "We'll look into it" rehtoric.

I am asking for dynamis shells on our server to not allow him to join their LS and to cease selling him currency. He has 100 mil gil so I'm told, I can only imagine who he fucked over to get that. In any case hopefully his ffxi life will be over on Hades.

Tell German to contact other LS leaders to make them aware of the situation with Amrik, not sure every LS leader on Hades reads this website. Will do what I can to make sure he doesn't get into another, but its still going to be up to them if they want him in or not.

Alot of people see a KC and don't care what happened in the past unfortunately.

You're comparing things that are not used in the same situations... Ares Body is an idle piece, Homam Body is an idle piece. Avalon is an MDT- macro piece. ACP Body is an Enmity piece, AF2 is an enmity piece.

You're comparing things that shouldnt be compared. That implies that you would be fulltiming one of the above. You cant list a bunch of bodies that are better than Valor because, for Flash/JA, Ares Body/Homam/Avalon sure as hell arent better than Valor.

Actually in my statement I was refering to body pieces that you would Idle in. It is generally acceptable to idle in any of the pieces above; not everyone has ares body and not everyone is going to pay 6 mil for avalon breastplate. If you idle in surcoat or ACP body because you do not have the other three, then you would obviously use macro swaps for -damage. IF you have ares you would macro swap for emnity and for -magic damage.

More on topic though, I'm not sure why we are having this discussion in this thread. I'm also not sure why my statement is being questioned, macro swaps are generally understood to be the only way to play this game. My understanding is that blue gartr is a community for the elite players of ffxi, I would hope they understand that macro swaps are intuitive.
