Honestly, guaranteeing yourself a rank 4 prize is a fair amount of work for a guarantee prize with the real-world value of about $8 (Especially if you spent $27 creating and keeping those mules around for 3 months, but that's a separate issue). I'm vehemently anti-RMT so I think of the prize value as about 5 hours' worth of farming, but not everyone values gil the same way I do.

Don't try to justify their stupidity. If you spend 200,000 gil on 100 marbles, you're retarded if you don't at least guarantee yourself a Rank 4 prize to get your investment back. Is it really a

fair amount of work

to put 00-99 on the marbles?
