I think it's the same as last year. Lv.5 minumum. Now they just added that 45-day waiting period.

Yep, April 16th (or 15th) was the last day to create new mules for it.

Marbles will be available for purchase from May 15 at 19:00 until May 31 at 8:00 (PST).

And there was no mention of a level requirement, so I'm thinking it's just the time requirement this year.

I checked the original thread that fusionx posted in, and others indicated that it was, in fact, the fishing hole map (GP item). As an avid fisherman myself, though, I agree that it is useless in actually locating such fishing holes ;x

Another RMT battle tactic, last year was pretty hectic, ls mate even said that it was so bad alot of RMT were outside the cities constantly leveling, there was seriously NO mobs to level off of, i think they wanted to defend that this year. so now RMT can't create massive amounts of mules for it.

You mean RMT just created massive amounts of mules for it 1 month ago and awarded SE a tidy sum of Content ID fees, not to mention feeding plenty of gil into the lottery system. I don't quite think more people is a bad thing, odds are pretty damn slim of winning.

The way they had it setup before, if you hypothetically could buy 1 of every combo, you would be able to make more than you put in. At least that's what I seem to remember.

Make sure if you let the Moogle /random for you, you better do it on a PC. PS2/PS3 had that 01010, 10101 glitch and it's not likely to have been fixed...
