The one from Romulation works fine if you've got an Acekard and updated firmware or any of the above combinations I posted. I've got 2+ hours on it, and there is zero slowdown or freezes so far. I can't post the link else I get banned from the site. IMO the small fee to pay for the site is well worth all the DS and other game content on the site.

I'm using an M3 Simply, it feels like flashcards change too often, feels like everytime I look into it there's some new and happening flash card that everybody is using and what was relatively good when I bought it (M3 Simply) is now unsupported? The JP version had anti piracy thing, but it was patched a couple days after it came out. I'm not fluent, but pokemon games are pretty easy to play if you can read hiragana/katakana.

Get an Elekid from one of the Pokewalker courses, Electivire is awesome!

So far I have a Togetic, Horsea, Koffing & Magby. Not sure which other 2 Pokemon I'm gonna have to complete the party yet. =/

The save files are compatible, so once the english version is cracked you can just use your jp save and continue.

I have larvitar, munchlax, cyndaquil, and chikorita. (I had some eggs on platinum that I transferred over and hatched.) In plat I used raichu, and while I am a fan of that little rat, I was kinda looking to use a different electric one this time around. I caught a mareep but haven't decided on using it or not. I'd like to use my porygon later on cuz I got all the items in plat to evolve it all the way. I just never actually leveled it so maybe this time I will.

Gotta keep munchlax cuz snorlax saved my ass on the elite 4 so many times in the past. plus it's so gosh darn cute

Does anyone here use Shoddy Battle? This was what several of my friends and myself use and is pretty easy and simple. Lack of animation is the only real issue and most people set IVs to 31 obviously. But it is a really good way to test teams prior to making them in game in case you don't hack or unsure about the team/parting with a TM/etc.

In the server Pokemonexperte on Shoddy Battle has a bot (named Battlebot or something like that) you can play against that has different teams if you have no one else to fight.

I just beat Falkner too and got a call from Elm in japanese, so I was like, cool he is wanting to give me the egg. So I ran all the way back to starting town and talked to him and he says some japanese shit and doesn't give me the egg. So I look it up in a guide and he apparently meets me at the pokemart in Violet City. Fuck. Now I have to run from like a million battles on my way back. Needs more repels.
