It's always going to be bundled with the game, it's not a limited thing.

Also, Clair was kind of a bitch, didn't have to retry on her or any of the gym leaders, but I got damn close with her. She kept landing Dragon Pulses with Kingdra for critical hits back to back and OHKOing my team members.

uggghhh my team sucks ass right now but I don't want to level any different pokemon yet... my main team is all around 30-35 but everyone cept for my Ampharos and Growlithe is junk. My Feraligatr is okay with Surf. I mostly just want to get rid of my Fearow and Onix. I just don't know what to replace them with.

Surf isn't a bad water move, and honestly with Crunch/Ice Fang/Surf/fill in the blank Feraligatr can OHKO pretty much every member of the Elite Four's pokemon with the exception of Bruno and a couple of Karen's.

edit: You can always delete HM moves using the Move deleter guy in the last town.

yeah, I just found out you could remove HM moves lol so I'm gunna keep him after all. Got rid of Fearow... gunna use Togetic cause, I dono why. Tired of Fearow. I'll probably get rid of Onix once I get a Snorlax. I havn't come across any though. Just beat Claire.

Waterfall > Surf for Feralagatr. 80 Power + Flinch + Physical = awesomesauce :3 They make good use out of Dragon Dance too- same setup as a Gyarados, except swap out EQ for Crunch.

Balls...got all the way to the Elite 4 using a slightly unstable ROM on an emulator and my save got corrupted at the whore right before Lance.
That's what I get for not backing up on a hard disk that's been slowly dying the last few months.

Fun game though, really tempted to buy it when the EU date rolls by. Would be the first one I've bought since Blue more than a decade ago.

Anyone recommend a good Pokemon for storming Dark and Dragon types? I reckon my Fire-Starter can muscle its way through Lance but the Dark-Based whore right before him OHKOs most of my team with Dark Pulse on her goddamn Houndoom.

Bugs and fighting will rip through dark types (in general close combat for fighting type move or superpower)

Dragon common weakness is Ice so anything with ice beam or ice punch (ice shard as well depending on the pokémon)

All of Lance's dragons are either single or double resistant to Fire. The only thing Typhlosion has going for it is Rollout, so you're better off picking up something that's an ice type or can learn ice beam. Water types with Ice beam can be a little rough, since two of Lance's Dragonites know Thunder.

I used Tyranitar for lance. He one shotted most of his pokemon except Gyarados. Stone Edge and Earthquake is good times.

Is there a special way of getting rid of HM's or can you just overwrite it with a TM?

theres always some random dude in the game somewhere that will erase a move off a pokemon. you can't overwrite an HM.

yeah im always running around with a group of 5 + HM bitch. surf and strength are actually good moves though.

I always thought fly was pretty good, but yeah most of the HMs suck balls. Furret is my HM bitch right now
