I don't think you can time warp in HG/SS anyhow, it sets an internal clock in the cart itself when you confirm the time and date that can't be tampered with by messing with the clock on the DS iirc.

I dunno. You can get all the Red/Blue/Yellow pokemon in the game.. and if there's a couple exclusives to some version, you could just wi-fi (if you have those capabilities) to get them.

You can do time and date. I got all the Sibling of the Day Items in like 25mins.

Congrats! DS is really a great system. I would have suggested you ordered an Acekard 2i and all if you don't mind playing pirated copies.

Yeah, I'll worry about one later on, but mostly got the DS just to play Pokemon right now, and got a free $30 eCard for Walmart too which I'll use probably to fund another game (Pokemon Platinum maybe). But yeah.. since HG/SS don't really agree with those cards right now. D:

Actually with the latest firmware update, I haven't run into a single one of those freezing problems people complained about. I'm running it on the Acekard 2i and a DSi XL. The only thing I can't do is that pokewalker stuff, which honestly I don't care too much about. I can still trade and do everything else.

Seriously? We are back to encouraging pirating? Look, what everyone does is their business, but it's not like DS games are ridiculously expensive, and you are probably gonna spend 50-100 hours (on average) playing the game so why not just buy the damn thing?

Still, why bring it up? I could've lived without knowing that Odesseiron decided to illegally download HGSS instead of buying, and you already made the purchase so what difference does it make if the ROM works with flashcarts or not?

Is it really that much to ask that if you want to endorse illegally downloading games, you do it somewhere else than this particular thread? I also see that it didn't take much for you to resort to petty insults, so asking nicely is probably useless.

I would highly recommend getting an Acekard 2i, it's only $22 (+free shipping! from http://realhotstuff.com/acekard-free...ing-p-321.html, where I get most of my DS stuff), and its currently the best card in the market, guy who works on firmware works quick, Acekard is usually the first card to get things working, if they were even broken on the first place. Definitely well worth the $22.

And you could use the $30 gift card to buy a good microSD card instead :D
