Megaman legend 1 and 2 are some of my favorite. They have a shit ton of flaws, but boss battle were epic back in the day, and the character were really likeable. Tron, Roll, megaman...loved them all
It's a shame this series stopped.
It's shadow heart prequel, right? Always wanted to play this one, but couldnt find it.
Here's one of mine, one of the most under-rated of all time.

I could have sworn I already posted in a thread like this before... hmm. But the icon isn't there so maybe I'm just losing brain cells again.

Just a few i thought were awesome lol
golden axe? seriously? everyone loved golden axe
Oni for the PS2 and PC. What I believe is the best thing to this day that has came out of Bungie.
This isn't the PS2 box art, but the only one I could find at decent resolution. One of the three games I got whenever I first got my PS2, all my friends either hate or have never heard of it lol.
Spoiler: show
Oni was actually really difficult, perhaps a little TOO difficult (and frustrating) but an enjoyable game nonetheless. And yea, this was before Halo really took off, when all Bungie was really known for was being the preeminent mac game developer (Marathon and Marathon: Durandal LAN matches in my high school computer lab being one of my fondest gaming memories).
I've tried like 10x to get through Shadow of Destiny and didn't have the patience for it. Normally I'm all gung-ho about adventure games (most recently Dreamfall, Indigo Prophecy, been trying to track down a pirated copy of The Longest Journey) but for whatever reason I couldn't get into SoD. It's *ridiculously* cheap used at gamestop, like 3 or 4 bucks, I'll probably end up buying it on my next trip there just so I have it.

I had no idea what a "Roguelike" was when Baroque came out. I got bored of it pretty fast but I really enjoyed what I got through. Great atmosphere and interesting SMT-ish story. Wii version apparently sucks. Loved Mojo too, it was really cheap and a fun marble madness clone/knockoff/whatever.

Smart Bomb is another neat puzzle game, also relatively inexpensive. It gets a little challenging and load times can be annoying, but it's really fun. And IMO Crush is a better environmental puzzler/adventure game than Paper Mario AND echochrome, people I usually recommend it to end up loving it but it's pretty much under the radar.
Oni wasn't difficult.
And wtf at mentioning goldenaxe?
This isn't <random old games we loved>
It's <random old games that went under the radar and not enough people played and loved that we love >
Posted this in the "games you never heard of" thread a while back. Nobody knew it there either. So I feel this is something only I loved since nobody else knew about it.

Loved this back in the day. Must have rented it like 10 times.
Blast Corps was awesome. That and Glover were two of my favorite N64 games.

Both awesome +1
Excellent catchy music and huge adventures, these are golden games of my youth.
I still load them up now from time to time.
Only because no one else played it Q_Q
