people always tell me it sucked and shouldn't have been labeled an FF game, but I always thought it had a really cute storyline.

When I first played MQ, I was getting ready to quit until I got out of the story fights and heard the normal battle theme: YouTube - OST - Final Fantasy Mystic Quest Battler 1

Oh shit! I was trying to remember what this game was called but couldn't for the life of me. Really good shit for its time, I loved the parts where the two characters would clash and run down the stage together attacking each other.

Setsuna was the shit.

Fuck! I still have and (occasionally) play Evil Zone and didn't think of it. This game was so obscure, I don't even think Titus knew what it was when the localized it. I loved the epic finishers and the in battle cutscenes that would play out just from attacking at the same time. It's like a FF game that wants to be a fighter. There was a sequel for Ps2 or something, but its rare... even in Japan. Also Dansavier > All...

Fuck the Backlash and you didn't get to pilot the giant robots enough, but otherwise I loved the hell out of that game.

I don't think I'm the only person who loved this game (and ultimately the series) but I don't think it got near the love it should have. KOS-MOS is a kickass character and 1 and 3 were really good imo, 3 being the best but way too short.

Haha, I loved my Dreamcast. Still remember the flame wars when SEGA discontinued it.
NA players blamed JP's for being PS2 whores, and JP's blamed NA's for not supporting Saturn in early 90's.

There was another game where you would go back in time and take pictures of dinosaurs in different eras, getting points based on pose, position, and exposure. It was super awesome ;x I'm a dinofanatic
