And deal with the depressing atmosphere, ghetto coworkers, shitty hours, etc. I've worked in the AAA call center for almost ten years now. I started out as a tow truck dispatcher, then moved onto quality assurance, then up to field representative(this was after I got my degree), then onto shift manager. In short call centers have a way of sucking you in and you end up being there for years. I suppose it's alright now because I make pretty good money, but first starting out? Fuck that. Definitely overpriced as I was just there a few hours ago. Paid almost 5 bucks for a small cup. That Cake batter shake is delicious though; don't care what anyone says.
