Quick question, how long did this game last you? Is there a good deal of content and would you recommend buying it or just renting it?

I bought it because I enjoy stuff like this but if it doesn't appeal to you imo just rent it to see how it is.

nvm the scene after the credits answered some questions but what about Sasha? Alden? The voice of the resistance?(or was that john?) Also how did Kessler get all the powers in the first place(seems a bit pime taradoxy..). The fight with Kessler felt a bit anticlimactic, without half the adrenaline that the first two had for me but he mentions something about your father talking about Trish as the daughter he never had, I know its a fairly common phrase but maybe your dad will have some part in the next game(or two lol)

I think this game is definitely worth buying over renting simply because I think once you replay the game as both sides you should have gotten a good 30-40 hours of gameplay out of it.

Yeah Zeke/Moya was answered in the credits, I saw the broadcast with the quarantine being lifted but I took it to be more of the BS claiming credit for your actions the entire game, and yeah I'm talking about the guy who called Cole a terrorist, I saw the broadcast where the First Sons interrupt but I thought you would at least find out who he was/what his beef with Cole was, idk I'm just venting/bitching on what I would
ve liked to see lol. Really looking forward to the next game, especially if they let you do the Kessler/Reaper conduit flash movements

Well, I just finished playing through this game the first time through, on evil. I had an absolute blast going through it. Fantastic game, possibly the best platformer I've ever played. I never got bored of any of the side missions, thought they had a nice amount of variety. Though the things like getting rid of all the security systems were annoying. While it mostly was just killing enemies, I still had a hell of a lot of fun. I never really suspected the twist ending until the last second, which was really cool.

I'm going to play through on the Good side now, but something tells me it's not going to be as fun as the Evil side. I'm glad the PS3 finally has another good PS3 game after MGS4. I don't think I've touched it for any game than Disgaea 3 in the past year.

Good side genades are more fun since they stick to enemies, which is really helpful for some of the larger packs of dustmen that come at you in the Warren.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'll pick it up in a few days. I've been dying for an action game because lately all I've been playing is RPGs (P4, Eternal Sonata, Disgaea 3 etc). Looking forward to playing this now actually, since I've been looking up some videos.

the one you have outside the case is better as it contains an extra in game item for when uncharted 2 launches, lets you get something early instead of having to level up a bunch in multiplayer, downloading them just allows you to purchase them in the powers screen, last power in the list. they kinda suck though, 1 shot and they wear off, lotsa damage though, 4 orbs of energy to use is kinda painful

The GWB are in the Powers section all the way to the right - you have to buy them. If they're not there, re-download.. maybe there's a glitch where they don't show up if you redeem the code before you put the inFamous disc in the first time.. I dunno.

Christ, finally found all 350 Blast Shards. All that's left for my Good-karma data is farming another 6k XP.

Anyone got a good idea on how to do that with no missions left? I made the mistake of not suiciding myself repeatedly during the power-3-generators mission on the third island after clearing the mobs to force new spawns.

I don't quite get the game completion % either. All I got left are two good-karma powers and melee to upgrade, and I doubt those 5 upgrades would count as 11% completion.

Ok, I finished the game today and I have a problem: I haven't conquered all territories, but there are no other side quests on my map anymore.

Anyone know if this is a glitch or am I missing something?
