I fucking love how adrenaline pumping the fights are in this game lol, every superhero game needs to take a page from this one.

43 shards to go, and I bloody need 10k XP to finish off my last two Good karma-upgrades. Anyone got an idea of where the hell I can farm all that efficiently with all side-quests done? >.<
Yeah, the mission on the 2nd island where the Dustmen assault the prison was so much damn fun, so intense and the frame rate didn't go to shit.
I would say change the difficulty to easy (you get more exp on that level) and do stunts as much as possible, I think you get 20 for a flying head shot.
Yeah, the game has some glitches in it, I'll occasionally just fall through the floor and die.
What's fun is grinding head-first into a train and seeing how far it sends you flying.
25% through my Evil run, somehow not enjoying being evil as much as I thought it would, but I think it's due to the whole morale conflicts I have with the decisions you make that makes me a bit depressed on this playthrough.
It makes me wish for SuckerPunch to add-on a "Neutral' Playthrough for the game and include new powers associated with it.
I still don't know how they made the game so addictive though. Played it non-stop for 3 days, beaten it, and already playing it non-stop on my second playthrough right after having beaten the game.
66% Trophy completion, with the only ones being a pain in my ass is finishing the shards, and finish farming XP on my Good side.
(just playing Evil on easy all throughout to bypass that issue)
Outside of like the shooting down UAVs mission the entire 2nd island story was just a giant intense rollercoaster ride. Jumping off the prison's tower to start part 2 was pretty epic as well.. and the 3rd island seems to be delivering the same what with its explosive start lol
I honestly can't wait to replay as evil cause the description of the powers just makes the evil ones seem that much more lethal and would make things easier..
That's why I did evil first not to care about anything and just fuck shit up. Cluster bombs and 15/15 evil's power is alright and thunder dropping from Alden's junk tower into a crowd full of cars and people was awesome. Starting over on good this time and I dread doing the top of armored bus part again.
Yeah, I started playing on evil today, it's a lot easier compared to good, just like I thought, but it's a lot of fun just wrecking everything and everyone.
The game was fun for me for a while, im about halfway done with it, but got bored with it, it can get really repetitive.
Which bus? The one where you escort Trish to the hospital? or where you have to take down the dustmens' terror buses? I'm maxed out on good right now so I stopped caring about getting civilians in the crossfire on the 3rd island, just launching megawatt hammers at everything that moves like theres no tomorrow.. I think I'm gonna wait a bit for my evil play thru if only cause the essential repetitive/annoying stuff (turning on generators, counter surveilance, the balloon mission) would drive me crazy if I did it again so quickly
You don't have Karmic Overload do you Zaraki? It's the only reason why I'm still careful around civilians, while playing good Cole.
I never really found a use for karmic overload at all unless I have a row of guys I want to snipe all in one go. I'm almost always near an electrical source, or something I can charge up manually with the standard electrical attack and then drain it back for more.
I just like having it there as a backup really or like you said when there's a bunch of enemies in a row and I want to go nuts.
Question, if you do Wounded Kill or w/e on a downed enemy does it count as negative karma? I can never catch the red light blinking :<
wounded kills dont, only if you bio leech them
Karmic Overload is nice for quickly downing the conduit trash monsters on Island 2, but I always end up not paying attention and then draining all my charge soon as it wears lol
Quick question, how long did this game last you? Is there a good deal of content and would you recommend buying it or just renting it?
