Can't you do the account upgrade feature on the website? Or are you looking to find them cheaper than the retail price or something?

There are sites online that sell keys. I got my Lich King key before the stores even sold retail copies. Found the site half my guild used back in November. WOW CD Keys, World of Warcraft CDKey, World of Warcraft Game Card - Hotcdkey

The payment went through paypal so don't think you're at much risk and none of us had any problems. They will call and verify the order by phone though so keep that in mind if it's a problem.

edit: They may have digital download available through Blizzard's store but I'm not entirely sure. You might want to check that first.
