First attempt at mapo doufu served with mixed vegetables and rice. I use more sauce and less chilis now. It was ungodly hot, but delicious. Everybody should try this.

man, i wish i'd been more consistent with taking pictures of the shit i make. had a badass pizza last night; finally got a crust recipe that turned out really well.
