ontopic, we ran manilla clams with spanish chorizo in a white whine shallot lemongrass broth AND a chili relleno, fire roasted poblano chile stuffed with mushroom, queso fresco,
maui sweet onion and cilantro on a bed of sweet jalapeno creamed corn. Scrummy

i made chicken and cheese enchiladas last night. no pics, but shit was delicious. first time i've ever done enchiladas with corn tortillas rather than flour. think i'll go back, tbh. i really don't like the texture of corn tortillas.

that's shrimp and sausage jambalaya, chicken primavera, and first place chili. steam makes all of these fucking suck.
