I think someone mentioned NMs gaining quickening effect while players do in certain BCNMs, because of that signet bonus. It's in a thread somewhere, I think standard.

Because if the more recent tests are correct with the augment delay, Manoples work like this:
-Delay% taken from 360 delay from H2h and 180 delay from 1H.
-25% Delay from 360 is -90 Delay.
That -90 Delay is then subtracted from the total H2H delay of the Manoples pre Augment:
300 Base H2h Delay on MNK + 122 Delay from the weapon = 422.
422 - 90 = 332.
So in the end, you have DMG:20 Delay +32
