I remember Lament Aka Brood of Ifrit from back in the day, have had our differences but has always been a good member / good player. See he finally put his pld's level correctly =P

I don't recall any interaction with him personally, but if he was in VVVV he's more than likely got a large amount of Hnm/Endgame experience. They're one of the nicer/more civil HNM shells on Cerb to boot.

I know at least one of the mods here is a VVVV member, DAKPluto, so you'll probably hear more soon.

I'm in WhirlingWind and had played with Lament. Lament was a great player.. he was nice and funny and knew how to do his jobs (as far as I could tell) and got along with the LS. It's too bad he's leaving the server.

My only warning would be not for Lament, but his crazy wife/girlfriend.

Sad to see Lament go. Good player and a good person. I know RL kept him from keeping up our hectic schedule, and that's the reason he has left. He leaves on good terms and is a good member to pick up.

And I agree with above, would take caution if his other half comes along. She's a nice person, but can get pretty emotional about things.

Lament is a great guy- we used to be close friends back on Ifrit - always helpful and nice and good at his jobs, and got along well with everyone in whirlingwind as well - we were really sad to see him go. . .

most of ww will agree with the comments about his other half. . . not a very nice person at all.

Anywho! I've known Brood/Lament irl for about oh... 10ish years. (wow Im getting old) We started the game about the same time on Ifrit and were in all the same LS's for a long time, from social, to endgame, and eve a CoP static. He was a good player(though he didn't have several of those jobs then) and knew his stuff, was always very helpful to me and hardly ever said no to helping people out. He has a good sense of humor, and didn't really join in much LS drama, and wasn't very confontational in the game iirc. I would take him.

I see a lot of people making comments about "the other half", and I can't say much about that other then that I've had my own negative experiences there.
