    It can go on for lines sometimes, sometimes reloading spellcast will fix the problem, but other times if ignore it, Windower will crash. It usually shows up if I happen to change through a ton of jobs without logging out.

    If it's working sometimes, I would see if deleting and reinstalling windower/spellcast solves the issue. Remember to save your XMLs though.

    Few questions:

    1) I recently tried to do some updating that somehow left me with the "unknown ability/spell" tags that I used to have for newer stuff, remedies?

    2) Anybody have a summoning skill bot-esque script?

    3) I fixed this recently, but my computer had to do a reroll, which lost the information. How do I fix my inability to type "//bind" to trigger the Bind spell? At the moment it treats //bind as if I were trying to use a general SC command

    I don't know if it's still available or not (or if it still works), but there was a pretty good FFACE app that would do summon/release, wards, siphon, and in newer versions, convert/refresh if you were /RDM.

    Hoping someone has a good recent SCH and SMN spellcast I could copy. My .xmls are really outdated, and the ones on the windower site are kinda sucky last I checked... I would just edit new gear into my old ones, but they did some things rather badly and the new gear would need special new rules, so I would feel better just starting from scratch I think.

    edit: looked back a few pages in thread and found a couple posted, will play around with them to see if they meet my needs, but if anyone has others please post so I can compare ^^

    I know I'm often in here asking annoying questions, but I'm having a couple problems with SC. What scripting do I want to use to properly exploit Zodiac ring on BLM? How can I have my melee set equip after I do an action? Why do I get an error after everything stating: "SpellCast: Did not find Set: Unkown in Group: Main"? Thanks so much in advance!

    Requires 2.3+ Spellcast and you need to add the Obi names you have in the variable section (Name, NOT "1")
    There was something about not equipping Tonban/Cape if weather is 2x because of a 35% Damage cap, so I put the ring in that section. If the damage cap is false (I've never heard of it, but w/e), you can move it to the Obi rule section.

    Went back about 15ish pages and not seeing anything about apoc and utsusemi, has there been a way to stop the cancel from going off if the quick cast procs?

    Well, not automatically. If you have lightning reflexes can hit another spell before the midcast comes up and it'll stop running the rules.

    I just set a variable called when, then when I'm in abyssea I have a rule to change the when to precast and outside abyssea to midcast. I figure that in abyssea, cancelling all my utsus precast isn't as big a deal with unlimitedhealingwhms around, and I still have it work properly midcast outside. Works well enough for me.

    Tbh, it doesn't make much sense to sacrifice the chance to put up Utsu 1 due to premature canceling for those less-than-10% chances at quick magic procing on Utsusemi Ichi.

    You're right, it doesn't, but I'm lazy about it, really. Probably 90% of the time I just go ni > ni, or wait until usu is totally down before I cast ichi when I'm in Abyssea. My whm buddy is usually bored/full mp anyways, I'm just helping him stay awake.
