    Thanks, I'll try it out and see what happens. Your BLM xml interests me more, though. I'm looking for something that has a trigger that makes me cast some spells in my idle gear, so I don't mess with other stuff as much.

    Basic sets would be mdt, pdt, mdt/pdt capped (one set, movement speed included + regen maybe), capped Haste, sTP (5hit/6hit), WS, AttorAcc TP, AttorAcc WS, flat out wsc WS.

    Pretty much just thinking of what gear sets I use when I am tanking... not sure how different subs or ja's affect SC rules.

    I believe there were cleave and enmity sets to add to that right? The other question I have concerns handling 5v6 hit. From what I read, the issue isn't like DRG where the hit depends on sub, but also is a matter of choice when using sub SAM. Given that, I imagine a TP-Haste5 and TP-Haste6 will suffice, but I'm wondering if I would then need to make 5 v 6 hits for other sets like cleaving sets (TP-PDT5 and TP-PDT6).

    Yeah, forget Cleave set, I use pdt for my TP on that. As far as sTP sets, I use 6hit when using Ukon, but I'm more concerned with using better sTP or Haste options when using trigger weapons.

    In that case, I'll probably handle 5v6 hit as a separate type of TP set then along with ACC/PDT (TP-HASTE5|TP-HASTE6|TP-ACC|TP-PDT {Cleave}).

    So I got this Sch.xml and the include off pastebin, but it doesn't equip my staff for nukes. I have no idea what I need to add to make it do that. I changed the idle set to use my Owleyes and Genbu's Shield, otherwise only changed some basic gear I have gathered so far for Scholar.

    That's my old one. You need the old include XML to make it work, but I do not have that currently. If you want a quick fix, add:

    Are the buff sets (Berserk/Aggressor/Restraint) just pieces you want to throw on or actual set revamps (EX: Impetus is just a change in body, but the rest remains the exact same). I'll give you an example, so as to explain why this matters:

    1. Hypothetical TP-Haste-Agg-NoBerserk-NoRestraint

    Only changes leg gear

    2. Hypothetical TP-Haste-Agg-Berserk-NoRestraint

    Requires you keep the original set you had on (i.e. do not change the leg gear), but adds a new back piece

    3. Hypothetical TP-Haste-Agg-Berserk-Restraint

    Requires you change the leg piece, keep the original back piece, and adds a new hand piece

    Under these circumstances, you could do a TP-Haste|Agg|Berserk|Restraint, but you would have to...
    1. Unconditionally prioritize them (Restraint set would be number one prioritization in this set)
    2. Would have to use the same Aggressor/Berserk/Restraint gear across ALL sets
    *** You can exclude sets from using the gear; for example, have TP-ACC-Berserk-Restraint and ignore Aggressor
    *** You will be unable to make variations with Agg/Berserk/Restraint; for example, the gear you add for TP-Haste-Restraint would be the same as TP however, your TP-Haste-Restraint gear would have the same Restraint gear as TP-ACC-Restraint)

    The alternative is to make sets for each such as

    TP-Haste-Aggressor-Berserk-Restraint
    TP-Haste-Aggressor-N-Restraint
    TP-Haste-Aggressor-Berserk-N
    TP-Haste-Aggressor-N-N
    TP-Haste-N-Berserk-Restraint
    TP-Haste-N-Berserk-N
    TP-Haste-N-N-Restraint
    TP-Haste-N-N-N

    but this would require multiple versions of the same set (Example above being TP-Haste; this would apply to sets like TP-ACC though). However, WAR might be able to pull this off since the sets are limited to TP-Haste/ACC/Cleave generally. TP-ACC might enable you to remove the Agg toggle unless you're fighting mega-evasion mobs and TP-PDT will allow you to cut off every filter except Restraint probably.

    Ultimately, you choose between reducing sets at the cost of having to implant the same structure across multiple sets (Federal level) and greatly increasing the number of sets you have to fill out at the benefit of customization for each set). I'm not sure which people would prefer.

    Uggy and Artemis Variables are already in there as you can see, but again I haven't put the rules in there. If someone could post it, I'll throw it in there and re-edit. My XML autos you into latent every time you do a nuke (not for enhancing/healing/enfeebling), there's no variable for it, so keep that in mind.

    Holy crap, you can do that? Can you make it equip different sets based on how much Haste you have? Say, equip X is no Haste, equip Y if just Haste or just Samba or just March, equip Z if some combination of the three? Or change gear depending on Feint, Conspirator, or both? Thinking of what might be possible on THF.

    edit 2 - Slightly off topic, but does anybody know if I use g15binder to control my alts? Like, bind m1g1 to make my WHM do /ma "Cure V" <stpt>, and control who it targets regardless of which instance I am in? Or would I have to have m1g1 do /ma "Cure V" <One> and maybe m1g7 do /ma "Cure V" <Two>? And in doing it that way, would it still use my WHMs loaded spellcast xml? I'd also like to be able to trigger pdt and mdt sets this way... man, I haven't been this excited about FFXI since they released Salvage.

    Cutting out the includes eliminates the lag. Cutting out the Includes below "Return Rules" and above "AutoChangeGear" eliminates most of the lag.

    Added back in SpellCancel and it still seems to be fairly lag-free. I'm beginning to wonder if just typing "//sc reload" is what's fixing the problem.

    Doable except when 2x v 1x march matters.

    Interesting! I will be disappointed to find that the include XML is the culprit since that saves a ton of space on the XML, but at least it's easier to fix than if the culprit were the variable change. Unfortunately, I cannot test it now due to location, but I might end up saving include XML solely for staff/enspell variables. I know Nightfyre made an XML that moved my include XML rules into the spellcast itself. Perhaps someone can compare lag between his XML and my XML before I get to it?

    Also, I started SCH XML, but my laptop ran out of power, soooooo bad to the basics. The one issue I'm having is handling fast cast since I want to have a medium fastcast set and max fastcast set. However, FC varies by sub, so I'm looking into alternative methods for calculating cast speed after book/FC other than saying <if sub="RDM"> and breaking them up (Would make the code 2x as large).

    So, does anyone have an answer for how to handle WAR sets? Overarching TP-Haste|Agg|Berserk|Restraint method or TP-Haste-N-N-N/TP-Haste-Agg-N-N and so forth?

    Basically, if you have TP-Haste|$Agg|$Berserk|$Restraint, you can set all of those variables to a blank set (I call this BlankSet within my spellcasts). Upon using the spell, you change to corresponding variable to %SpellSet (ex: Use Aggressor > $Aggressor becomes AggressorSet).

    Set1|Set2|Set3: Take Set 1 > Replace corresponding gear from Set2 > Replace corresponding gear from Set 3.

    Example:

    Set1 is a full set (Lets call them EX<slot>1)

    Set2 changes hands to EXHands2 and EXLegs2

    Set3 changes legs to EXLegs3 and Sub to EXSub3

    If you have Set1|Set2|Set3, then you'll have EXHands2, EXLegs3, EXSub3, and the rest will be w/e Set1 was. This is actually the rule used for BLU XML RefreshTP. For example, I only use Mavi Body within that set, so all it does is layer AF3+2 body upon my current TP set (Except Evasion, but I might fix that...).

    The problem with this method, as mentioned earlier, is that you can't make really specific tweaks (If Aggressor has a change for Body and Restraint/Berserk do not, then every set using the pipe will end up with the body change even if you don't want that while Berserk is up and Restraint is down). The benefit is that you reduce the sets you need to make.

    Well for body, off the top of my head I could envision something like:
    No zerk/no Agg: AF3+2
    Zerk/No Agg: Twilight
    No Zerk/Agg: Grim
    Zerk/Agg: Askar

    You would have to ask the resident good wars about which pieces they would use for other slots regarding zerk/agg

    This wasn't it. I copied and pasted all the parts of the include into the document instead of using any include statements, and it still lagged. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the <command when="idle">wait 1;dancingchains</command>, but I didn't notice it again until I was out of Dynamis. The way you have it set up would cause Spellcast to be activated every second while idle, right?

    when="Idle" is a state change. If you were to stop resting or disengage, that command would run.
