I downloaded both shows (doug and Rocko)
Cartoons back then had alot of subtle adult jokes now that i watch em again.
Like there was a banned Episode of Rocko that played before they took it off, of rocko was near a bush about to pick some berries off the bush, as he picked them someone screamed in pain, turns out it was a bears nutsack

i dont remember adult content in doug, but yeah i watched a few episodes of rocko's and was like what the hell was wrong with the 90s
